How Do My Syncro's Look (Pics)

Had some tranny problems 10 hours after I bought the car. Here was the problem:

So I know I will be ordering all new bearings.. But do I need to get the whole kit with the syncros?.. All i get is the keys and ring with the kit right?.. do they even go bad.. it looks like some of the teeth on the gears are bad but i dont think the keys are bad.. Here is some pics, how do they look?

also, where is a good place to get parts for this trans?


is there a way to inspect the other bearings?.. I really dont want to replace them now, its easy enuff to pull the trans and rip it appart. I want to put money into my engine so I will just replace the bad bearing. can I get just the one.
