Vibration and noise problem 2001 SS M6

When i take off it squeaks and vibrates until i get moving. Then it doesnt vibrate until i press the throttle at low rpms trying to accelerate.
And when i press the clutch to come to a stop, if i push it in quickly, it will make a clunk noise. I just had a new rebuilt transmission put in.

is it the U-joint? possibly driveshaft?

it performs normal just that vibrating and squeaking is pissing me off

How old is the clutch ? I have had a clutch go out twice and it vibrates when engageing first gear and then smooths out when you get going.
