That's what I've been doing since the early 90's. Add 5 PSI to the front for autocrossing or road course work. Also set the alignment to as much negative camber as you can get, typically -0.5 degrees. It'll help road manners and help tire life. 90rocz 05-06-2008, 12:57 AM Depends on the tire, some are 32psi, 35psi and 40psi...and I believe some even at 44psi(Bridgstones?) Tires have recommended pressures stamped into them. 87DJP2001 05-06-2008, 07:36 AM 32/35 PSI is a good range for those tires. 305fan 05-06-2008, 07:37 AM Depends on the tire, some are 32psi, 35psi and 40psi...and I believe some even at 44psi(Bridgstones?) Tires have recommended pressures stamped into them. I don't think so.....tires have MAX inflation PSI. No one tire is made for just one car---so how could they put a PSI inflation on? The door sticker, if it has one says the PSI the car manufacture specifies for that model. Of course you can run almost what ever you like---just don't under inflate it. | ||
