frame shop details?

So does anyone have knowledge or experience with frame shops and, importantly, repairing an f-body? I'm going to need to take my CMC car in to fix damage from the last weekend. The frame rails are bent upwards up front from hitting & going over a berm. I think most of the bending is done where the frame rails meet the firewall/floorpan.
Any particular racks or frame jigs are better than others? Of course the knowledge of the operator is important.
What is likelyhood they'll be able to straighten the car back out? how precise are the specs & measurements? How much time does it take to bend a typical repair back into shape?
