I'm putting the new pads in and they don't fit over the rotor. Can you push the piston in on the rear the same way as the front with a C Clamp or not? Dont want to hurt anything! Thanks!

Thanks! williamfvc 04-15-2008, 09:24 PM It is a little hard to put a new fat break pads, but if you buy the correct ones with a little work you can do it. Yes i compres the piston with a clamp. Just uncap the reservoir, drain a little fluid if you're worried about overspill, put the OLD inside pad on (the one that clips inside the piston cup) and use a big C clamp to compress it. | ||
