Ok so the turbo, intercooler, v band, and two reducers that i need are ordered.

Will running 5-9psi(max max max) on stock valve springs produce any float etc? Any stability issues?

I have zero experiance with pushrod motors on boost.

How many miles are on those stock ones?

Answer is maybe. 9# they "should" hold if they are not tired and staying in the stock rpm range.

Stock rpm range, prolly 110k on the motor. but It seems very healthy. Completly stock!!!!!

If you are on a budget it can't really hurt to try. Plenty of people have done it in the past. 5psi should be fine, above that may be hit or miss.

So i would know they are floating by a sharp drop in power at X rpm correct?

Pretty much. The times I have seen it its like hitting a rev limit. On the dyno it would be a really sharp dive.
