Im wondering when everyone took the step up to a dual in tank setup? Im planning on trying to make some good power 500-600. My fuel system is stock with the exception on a walbro 255 intank pump. What hp should I consider upgrading to a dual pump?

kinda soon man... the stock intank is goind to hold you back...but if you put in a 255 then the inline will be holding you back

I think he's talking about putting a dual intake, not an inline. From what I've read the wal255 is going to run out of fuel around the 500-550rwhp area, dual 255s will take you in 700 territory. I'm going to go dual pumps asap, just cant afford it right now.

I have made 520 to the ground on a single 255 in tank.. not for sure on the limits but hopefully I will be able to push it soon.

60#, 255 in tank, all other fuel related is stock, well a hotwire to the battery in the trunk
