Thrust bearings and coil overs

Does anyone know if these bearings will fit the QA1s on the front of a fourht gen? I do not have them on there know and they are a pain t adjust.

That's the same part # that Thunder Racing lists for the QA1 shocks for the 93-97 cars.

If you don't keep those bearings clean they will be useless real quick. Use a dry spray lube, otherwise if you use any wet lube it will attract a alot debris. Wet weather "Fs "them up the most.If you are adjusting your ride height quite often, then yes there probably worth it, If not don't waste your hard earned money. IMO!
I finally removed them them on my 2nd coilover setup because they cloged up and rusted.

Now with out the bearings I just spray some dry lube around the bottom of the spring, and on the treads above / below the spring seat before adjusting. Then it's not to hard at all!

A generous amount of antisieze grease on the spring mount allowed me to adjust the height without the use of bearings.
