ALMOST done my C5 brake conversion (waiting for UPS to deliver ONE stinkin' bolt). When I was test fitting my rotors I noticed that the reveal on the hub was slightly less (3/16ths or so) than with the old LT1 rotors. Anyone else ever noticed that?

are you saying the hub part of the C5 rotor is thicker? therefore making the wheels backspacing different and pushing the wheels out wider?
that would be cool! I have the C5 and ZO6 17s all the way around

Correct. I've still got the stock rotors on the back, so maybe I should look into some wheel spacers to make them match.

I just did a Kore3 C5 97_4th gen front brake up_grade. The C5 rotors have the same cross section thickness @ the hub mount as the stock rotors. Therefore, I do not see how the zr1 wheels (17"x9.5") could be offset more than a stock set-up.
If one were to install the caliper bracket on the "outside" of the suspension link, and the hub, then, you would have a positive offset on the wheel mount. Could be done???... I don't know. The drawing/ schematic I received from Kore3 shows the bracket assembled in the "inside" of the suspension link. (97ss - 383 - D1)
