C5 corvette Head Unit Fit well in a 96 camaro?

I was thinking about putting in a 97-2004 C5 head unit and was wanting to know if its the correct din size and if it would fit well. Just looking to see what or if any complications there are for using this set up.

My car currently has the stock AC Delco Bose 4 speaker/1sub set up.

this will not work the vette radio uses a signal from the vette pcm to turn on, not a regular 12volt turn on wire

plus im not sure if it will just drop in either.

As far as a direct plug in I know the radio from a 97 cavalier will work or like a 97 blazer, around 99 or so they also changed the design to eliminate the turn on lead and they talk to the computer
