First thing that I have to say is that this setup has better ground clearance than my 3" single exhaust did.

Open LT's when I left:

Looks good. How loud is it? What mufflers did you use? Do your exhaust tips only go as far as the rear axle? Or do they extend all the way to the bumper?

That's where they stop, I think the car looks a lot cleaner with no exhaust out the back. It's not too loud, and they are Dynomax race bullets.

Oh yeah... watch the videos to see how loud it is, lol.

I just did a similar setup on my car, amazing isn't it compared to just a regular lame catback.

I like it! Are them slicks on the car? Maybe im just tired. Hows the sound inside?

MT D/R's... The sound inside the car is not as bad as you would think, actually because there are no turndowns the exhaust is not bouncing off the ground back up to the car so it sounds similar to having a cat-back on the car still.

how much was the cost of the true dual setup minus the cost of the long tubes and where did you get the mufflers and x pipe from?

Parts shipped from Summit plus install plus a $50 tip to the install guy totaled ~$555.

What X pipe system did you use, is there a part #? Thanks

'94 Bad A Z28

The x-pipe I used wasn't a "system" it was just the "X" an that was it. It's the Magnaflow True X-Crossover. I don't remember the part # off the top off my head. But from Summit it was $88.95 and from Jegs it was $88.99.

Looks like it fits pretty good. But too loud for a daily driver. And no way that would pass inspection in NJ without cats and pipes need to exit out from under the car. But I'm guessing this car isn't for daily use. ;)

It was not a kit I ordered everything that I needed. I ordered the Magnaflow true x-crossover, along with 4 45* mandrel bends and 4 3" strap band clamps, and the mufflers.

Ice Cold Auto A/C on 50. You know, the one with the "chopper" out front on the stand, kinda across the street from Kanes Furniture.
