Ok, there any way to find that file? I have emailed tunercat to re-send it to me, but no reply yet. I got the file like a year and a half ago and have been searching my email for like 2 hours tonight. Is there a way to get that file with like the approval code for the payment from paypal? I really want to fix something on this tune and get dynoed this weekend.

Thanks

always save your def files/ cal files and your tunes to a cd or usb drive

You shouldn't need a receipt - he keeps records. Just email from the account you registered with.

If he doesn't get back to you in time for your dyno session, I'd just buy another copy. I expect that when he gets back to you and you explain your situation he'd give you a refund. Even if he doesn't you're only out $20, and that will help you remember not to discard it in the future.

Tunercat keeps all the info in a file about who has purchased what. All you have to do is send an email and he will send you a replacement or any new updates for that matter.

Unfortunately, since this is the weekend, he probably won't send it out until Monday. Like many people, he doesn't work on the weekends.

TC is great every time I Email him. If I email him on the weekend he usually responds by Monday or Tuesday.
