As hard as it is for me to do this, I may be selling my beloved goat. It just isn't cutting it for me after driving a Corvette Z06 every day. It really is true what they say, once you've owned a Corvette.....nothing else is good enough. I've got the itch....BAD. The new LS3 Z51 Corvettes are too good to pass up, and I've got my eye on a jetstream blue MN6, Z51 with the Z06 style exhaust at the dealer in Tysons.

That being said, I figured I'd offer it up to someone here/local before taking it to the dealer to trade it in. Most of you who know me know how EXCEPTIONALLY clean I keep my car. I haven't even owned it for a year and It's probably got 25 coats of wax on it, and I wash the INSIDES of the wheels EVERY time it gets a bath. I would much rather someone buy it from here and know it's going to a good home rather than dump it at the dealer so god knows who can buy it and abuse the crap out of it.

So without further ado, lets get down to the nitty gritty details. The car is a PBM 2006 GTO 6speed with black interior and 18" factory wheels. There really isn't any options for me to list considering our cars all came with everything....so you know what it's got. I just hit 8,300 miles this past weekend so that's a definite plus. I keep the interior SPOTLESS at all times and condition the leather at least once a month. I had one SMALL ding fixed a few weeks ago which I will include pictures of. I came out of the gym and found this ding....of course the perpatrator was nowhere to be found.:banghead: I could have just lived with it, but it was an eye sore and I couldn't stand to look at it so I paid to have it fixed.

For the most part the car is spotless and clean. It's got one or two TINY rock chips in the lower part of the front bumper that you'll never see unless you get on your hands and knees and put your face 5" from the car.

My payoff amount is $24.8.......and I'd like to get that for it, or roll over the loan and someone else can take over the payments. Given the condition and mileage of the car I think that's MORE than fair.

I've done a few mods to the car, nothing major. It's got a Vector motorsports IAT relocate kit, a K&N drop in air filter, the TB & intake manifold were ported by Cory @ LS2portworks.com, a powerbond UD pulley was added, and I had a custom dyno tune done by Jeremy Formato just 2 weeks ago. It laid down 363hp/358tq on the mobile dyno it was tuned on. Also worth noting, I've had the car to the track twice when it was stock and ran a best of 13.2@109mph.

Here are a few pics with MANY more available at my webshots page which I will post the link to below.

20,000$

Due to the chips, dings, and front license plate bracket...

Blue books around 23,500$ for private party...You'll get nigged on trade it, but not if you do it right...Those Vettes have a ton of gross in them...Tell them to pay off your car and buy theirs 2,000$ off MSRP...Should work out for both of you...

I don't want to spend that much, and don't really want an 06 or black, otherwise i'd help you out :(

Bump for you though...

BTW, how did your struts up front hold up?

Ended up selling for the full amount.;) Had multiple people trying to get it. I get supplier pricing so I am getting about 6 grand off MSRP...I'd say I made out pretty well.:D
