Wow, that is one heck of a price! I paid $8400 for mine, but that was 3 years ago and with 50k on it. Same color too :D. And yea, if it's in good shape and runs strong, that is an awesome deal.

That's a great price. Nicely done!
Too bad about the hardtop. T-tops are hands down the best part about driving a 4th-gen. :p
