I realize you can`t speak in specifics, but are you guys taking seriously the issue of wheelhop from IRS cars, and looking for ways to eliminate this from the Camaro, or is it not a high priority? The reason I ask is I have a z51 suspended 06 C6 mn6 and it wheelhopped its butt off literally till I replaced the shocks w/ bilstien sports. Its much better now, I still get it a little, but liveable. however I have heard this is a MAJOR issue on GTO`s and as I`ve said a lot of the M6 vette guys complain about it as well. I plan on drag racing the Camaro and I don`t want to have to spend 1-2k like the GTO guys do to eliminate the wheelhop.

Don't forget the CTS-V.

There may well be use of unequal diameter half-shafts. Such an approach can help minimize wheel hop.

We'll have to wait and see as time goes along.

Didn't '07 C6's get a shock update that helped this?

Different sized shafts to quell oscillation.

Holden has done a lot to fix that, and Camaro team has gone further with the different half shafts. This was all done to stop wheel hop.

the G8 has wheel hop. A large amount of this is due to very soft bushings in the back. All the bushings in the back are the same with the Camaro and G8.

Pedders has rear cradle support bush inserts and rear differential mount bushings that will really firm up the looseness in the back end.

We also have every bushing, spring, damper, and 30 way adjustable coil overs, strut tower brace, and multi adjustable sway bars for the Camaro.

We are a preferred vendor for GM racing and helped them with the Koni Series Camaro that will be built by Riley Technologies Guess whose bushings will be on this great car!!
