I just finished ordering my TCI flexplate and YANK SS3600 stall and ARP stall bolts. I will have to drain the tranny fluid during this process. What new tranny fluid should I consider getting? Ive recently had the tranny built-up and im not sure what I should put in there. Royal purple? Will their be any more small parts I need during the process of instillation that I was run into, like spacers or anything? I don;t want to have everything ripped out and being stuck because somethings missing.

I would definetly put a synthetic fluid in there like synthetic Royal Purple ATF, synthetic Amsoil ATF, Synthetic Red Line ATF, etc along with a transmission cooler like the B&M Supercooler that has a 24,000 GVWR.
Nothing kills an automatic transmission like heat does, so it's imperative that you keep it as cool as you possibly can.

I will look for the synthetic and order a B&M supercooler. What other parts will I need? I want this swap to go as smoothly as possible, tool wise im good. What are the ft lbs specs for the flexplate and torque converter? I haven't looked it up yet but ill just ask while im posting this.

First off this belongs in the drivetrain forum. And I will put it there in a minute.
On the trans fluid, I drag race my car regularly and firmly believe that any name brand dino trans fluid (changed once a year) works just fine. I started in the low 13s and went clear down to 11.teens over a span of 8 years with the stock trans/Trango kit/big stall/big cooler. I just replaced the trans in the middle of last season because it was slipping just a little at the top of the track. Would it have lasted longer by using synth trans fluid? I doubt it.
There are no parts that you need to have to install the converter and flexplate.

YANK says to NEVER use a synthetic trans fluid with their converters.
