6-Speed Automatic Trans.

Nice idea but this Super Camaro would run better than anything at GM less the $100k ZR1, and that's including the $70k Z06. I hear the LS9 isn't cheap.

For me:

Wheelbase: 110 -113 inches.

Overall Length: 180-185"

Weight: 3,400 pounds.

Powerplant: Normally aspirated smallblock Chevy, 450-500 hp.

Trans: 6 speed manual.

All this, dripping with Z/28- ness.

I probably won't be buying the top end Camaro but I will be putting the top end Camaro's motor into my 93 Z28.

I would be buying the regular V8 Camaro and keeping it as a daily driver.

You did say ultimate...

Pontiac Firebird Formula

Wheelbase: 113 inches.

Overall Length: 185"

Weight: 3,500 pounds.

Powerplant: 6.6L 24V V8 with VVT

Trans: 6 speed DSG.

Exterior: Pontiac specific Firebird exterior

Interior: Pontiac specific Firebird interior

;)

I started to type something up that was a twin VNT 3000lbs supermaro with 1000HP, but went a different direction. For reference, the Ferrari version of the Camaro with 570HP weighs 4065lbs.

In bright red without the 20inch wheels, yep that is basically what I want. :)

Um, one with a DOHC 3.6L V6 that was so well designed for reliability within the warranty, that I'd only take it to the dealer for new tires, spark plugs, and oil.

I didn't know Ferrari made or even cared to copy a Camaro type variant. What does it look like? :D

I would too, but I wouldn't like the price.. :irk: The ZL1 w/ the LS9 is about the price of a small house..

Okay I got it:

SS Camaro Convertible

3200 pounds

Supercharged LS9 650 HP

6 Speed

Titanium dual dual exhaust

Mercedes quality leather seats with built in 8-way massagers

Champaigne chiller in the armrest

Navigation

Rogue Acoustics Audio System

18s that come stock with Mickey Thompson ET Streets on the rear

Moser 12 bolt with 33 spline axles stock with 4.10 gears

Kate Beckinsale in the passenger seat

And if GM can't make that happen all for $21k, GM SUCKS!!!!!!!

Yours is almost like mine, except yours weighs 100 lbs more. Must be 'cause it's a Firebird. ;)

Yeah that is why. It actually has some sound dampening, the DSG weighs a little more, and it gets heavy duty window motors too. :)

Regarding the Ferrari, the 612 is a 2 door 4 seat sports car which makes it somewhat like an Italian SuperMaro.

I overstated the power in my post, it only has 540HP. But it does in fact weigh over 4000lbs.

My ultimate Camaro would be...A Convertible SS or Z/28 with 400hp and a 6spd. 18in wheels and leather interior such as that from the orange concept vehicle, along with the paint scheme. Weight under 3700 is fine with me. Maybe nav, but heated seats and a good stereo is a must.
