from where the previous owner closed the door by pushing the window...its pretty loose and air comes in. how can i fix it? i had the door panel off and the metal scissor piece looks like it may be bent but im not sure. the rubber looking piece that sits in it doesnt look right. the car is under warranty but they are giving me the runaround.

 

take it to glass america or whatever glass shop is by u.....my buddy got his aligned for 10 bucks

 

Glass alignment isnt the problem here, its the actual innards falling apart after abuse.

Heres the low down dirty shame clear:

I fixed mine by welding it all back together in place, got everything aligned, bla bla bla, and about a month later, it was slowly getting worse. After about 2 it is now in worse shape than before. Resistance is futile.

Im taking mine to a body shop (a good one, not joe-bobs bait shop / body shop) to have parts ordered and replaced.

 

I have the same problem with air coming in. Let me know what is the final fix and the cost for it.
