I set mine all the way to soft then worked from there...i believe that I have them right close to all soft. Im not running a prokit so the ride may be a little different for you

why do you wan to know so bad? Their vary easy to adjust, especialy the rears. I would start at 5 from full hard in the front and dead middle in the rear. I run stock springs so I run them at 2 from full hard in the front and a 3/4 turn from full hard in the rear.

Thanks guys for the replies. Now when you adjust them, aren't you adjusting the rebound not the hardness/softness. I thought the springs control the hardness/softness and the shocks are for how quick they rebound. Or am I all wrong on this? Thanks......John

you are just adjusting the rebound but it makes the car feel rougher or gentle er riding. But your going to pick up handling so its a trade off. So its almost like what are you willing to put up with. All in all the rebound rate is going to affect how stiff the ride is, how its going to take bumps, etc.
Play around and see what you like, you ll find a setting that suits you. Just takes a little time, oh and forget setting them for the strip. They suck real bad for 60fting, if your trying to make them dual purpose you will learn what i figured out a year ago. Its not going to happen. good luck
