Original Fuel Lineracr4jc 12-09-2002, 02:59 PM To what hp range would you guys trust the original fuel line in your first gen camaro? orange68 12-09-2002, 11:41 PM dont trust it for any non stocker. track wont like it eather, id suggest a nice new line with at least braided covers to protect from getting cut or melted camaro_dave 12-10-2002, 12:05 AM if its for that TT camaro you have in the sig i would run at least a 10AN braided hose. i run 2 10 AN braided hoses out of the fuel cell into one 10 then 10 out of the fuel pump then to the rugulator then a 8 to both sides of the carb. at least run braided hose even if its smaller but i wouldn't go smaller cause your gonna be using a lot of fuel. racr4jc 12-10-2002, 05:42 PM Would you suggest using the orignal tank and just modifying it with a bigger pickup and lines? Should I have a sump welded on? Or should I drop it and install a fuel cell? orange68 12-10-2002, 09:24 PM a nice trunk mounted cell would probably be easyer and less expencive then modifing your current tank and its cool too! if you are going -an's up front, you should get big enough lines to feed those as well. have any pics of your car? id like to see what youre working on camaro_dave 12-10-2002, 11:18 PM i would get i fuel cell. already has the sump end everything and they look cool. i would run all an fittings not just up front, might cost a little more (lot more) but its worth it. | ||
