only two hints i know is use a good brand of silicone and try your hardest to put it on strainght and kinda drop it down cause if you have to slide it forward or back your gonna have to do it again.

try calling ed at gaunt motors, 413 562 6969.
it might not cost you as much as you think. he gets $45 an hour. if it takes him 4 hours its still less than $200 in labor. im just ballparking the time it will take. im sure you get the point.
6hrs =$270. he does good work.

>If you are planning on doing this yourself I hope you have a garage and when you do it make sure you remember which intake bolt went where . I also put an old sheet under the car after it was drained (anti freeze) so to catch anything that fell under the car .
I also took a cardboard box and drew an intake manifold on it (real ugly ... I won't become an artist anytime soon ;) ) and put the bolts in the respective holes . remember there is an exhaust tube behind the intake (rear) .
hope these tips help ...

he is on the othersie of spfld. westfield. he is off exit 4 i believe near westfield.
from boston its an hour 10 minutes down the highway. he might beable to do it in one day if you go early on a saturday.
if you do it yourself just make sure you do it some where warm so everything will dry.....
