What's sad is that a dealer pockets that money, not Dodge, the entity that NEEDS it.

Two auctions have already ended with bidders agreeing to pay $20,000 over the sticker price.
I might be getting a second year Camaro if this happens to it...:(

it isn't a question of "if"

besides, 2ed year cars are generally better than 1st year cars anyway so let those suckers pay too much to be the first testers of the mass production vehicle

Hell, they were doing the same thing with the SRT8 line when it came out on 2005.

Solstice, Sky, C6, Z06.....

You can expect sticker for the V6s, and gouging on the V8's for a lot of the first year Camaro IMO.

We've been told they'll be pressured not to...
I guess I'll have to wait and see how bad it is.
If I can't find a good deal in the Tri-State area, after the initial smoke dies down, I'll save a few more pennies for year 2...

I was excited about this, but I'm now nervous. I dont want anything to beat the camaro, price and power.

Well it was so good they had to take it off the car and put that restrictive MAF sensor in to bring the power levels down so Ford's feelings wouldn't be hurt as bad ;):D

LOL... I remember when the GTOs came out, went with my dad to go test drive one. They said test drive one?!?! HAHA... maybe if you put a deposit down on it, but we do not even have one to show you they are flying off the floors so fast...

My dad laughed and bought a vette.

then GTO sales were great.... had the same thing when he looked at the Chrysler 2door thing they had.
