Double check all fuses. If they are all ok, it seems to be your Electronic Throttle Module needs to be replaced

I didn't look up your codes so I'm not diagnosing here nor am I suggesting that the solenoid is the problem. However, on my 97 the solenoid is actually located on the passenger side on the motor (pretty much tucked under the intake manifold) and is attached by a little black EVAP system hose to some other plastic electrical deals. Maybe they moved it on the 2000?? or if it is the canister itself that is easily accessible inside the wheel well, think rear driver side if I remember correct.

You should concentrate on your throttle module code. Just disregard your EVAP codes for now, they will not affect how your car runs at all.

well how much would a throttle module cost approx.?? id rather replace it because this chiltons book is hard to troubleshoot with, and the pix are all blACK and grey

don't get depressed about it, it's just probably one little thing causing all your probelms. Once you find it you'll be glad you bought a camaro, the cars have lots of torque and good looks.
