Still working out all the bugs, but the thing runs great. still running a T56 with some upgraded parts
details are:

All forged LT1 lower
custom brodix heads (setup for reverse coolant flow) CNC ported
custom cam motion cam
88mm precision turbo, modified by Dave at Majestic Turbo
turbosmart 48mm wastegate
tial 50mm bov
hand fabricated garret/honeywell water to air intercooler
victor "e" intake sporting some 96 lbs injectors
wilson elbow
accufab 90mm throttlebody
hand fabricated headers, 1 3/4" primaries with burns stainless merge collectors
Accel DFI 7 with wide band o2 setup and dual sync distributer for sequential injection

I still retain a horn, a small heater setup for the cold michigan spring and fall nights...along with wipers (which i plan on never needing, just wanted to retain some of the street stuff for just incase i get caught by suprise)

Best part is that i built this all in my 2.5 car garage...all the fab work, headers, cage, turbo system, etc.. im pretty happy with the outcome :)

Nice work. :cool: The best part about these setups is when your out cruising and someone catches up to you to race (lets say a mustang for conversation sake... ;)), and they pull up next to you and see a hint of a roll cage along with you straped into your seat with a 5 point. Haha....

runs nice for not being tuned yet...i haven't beat on it too hard yet because i am getting some things wrapped up before i take it to the chassis dyno for tuning...ill let you know what it does

very good question...i dont know, i am trying to find a bullet proof bellhousing...if i can find one the 6 speed will be in it for a while.....if i cant i will make a 3/16" shield and weld it to the inside of the trans tunnel for protection...i saw the thread on what happened to Taner's foot when his clutch/trans blew out..not somethin that i want to deal with

I've seen a guy with a few toes missing from his early days circle track racing. I think my next car is going to have the tranny (and motor) in the rear so I'm not too worried about it anymore.:D

thanks but you must be mistaken...the air filter is no where near any exhaust pipe..lol it touches a radiator hose but the filter is only used for street driving i switch to a screen when i race....ive drivin this setup before the ceramic coating on a 90 mile ride with no issues...

as for goals with this setup...im not expecting anything i am just going to have fun with it and whatever she does ill be happy with...if its not quick enough i already plan on getting a s91

Pretty sure it wraps around the bellhousing.

we have some kevlar blankets that go into some of our truck to stop shrapnel from explosions and what not... tomorrow im gonna "test" one :D , if it stops what i throw at it im gonna make my own.

ummm they are shuttin the internet down here in like 30mins so i might not get a chance to let yall know how that goes until we get back to the states in jan... if i do get access to the internet il let you know. my EOD buddy is going to take one out w/him to "test" it. they have some frag granades that they have to destroy either tomorrow or the day after so they are going to some how hang it on something like 2 feet from the controlled detonation :D . man i love knowing people with cool jobs.

haha good eye..and thanks but that is only the wide band controller, the actual dfi is mounted inside the car
