How many dyno pulls in an hour?

I'm creating a staged rack of tunes for an hour of tuning. It only takes 30s to flash a tune but I don't think I'll be able to encourage the staff to hurry just so that I can finish in an hour. So what would be a reasonable number of pulls I could expect to pull off in an hour? 15-20?

I'd say I average around 10-12 an hour if things are moving quickly.
