Leaking Zex Nitrous management unit ??

I wasted a $42 bottle. I tried tightening both ends, inlet and outlet but it's still leaking when I open the bottle. If you grab the line you can move it up and down some inside the unit and it rattles a bit. I havent pulled it out the car yet. Has anyone had one of these break with the same symptoms?

I would call ZEX directly...1-888-817-1008...they would be able to tell you if this is a warranty situation, and what it would take to fix.

Thanks for the number. I was hoping to determin if it was actually broke before going through the trouble of removing it. As you can see from the picture it is not that easy to get at. I'll give them a call. Maybe they can assist. Anyone else have the insides of the unit move up and down with the lines?
