I think the manufacturer's site might give you that info, that's how I found the jet sizes for my NX kit.

Mine goes to 125. I'd be interested in hearing weather it's capable of going to 150 with just new jets.

Just extrapolate that next numbers

For a 125hp, you need a #52 nitrous jet and a #73 fuel
For a 145 hp, you need a #58 nitrous and a #68 fuel
For a 165hp, you need #64 nitrous and a #63 fuel
and so on.......

BTW, the kit is not maxxed out a 125, just the jets are. I talked to Patrick at Zex and he said that is how to go higher on the jetting.
Make sure you pull the timing back and use good fuel.

I did a 145hp shot on my 305 with no problems.

by maxed out , i don't mean thats the limit the noids can spray. thats the limit of jets that came with the kit. some people use kits (zex and others) without jets, all together.

I am using the Zex dry kit. I believe the original poster is also. It uses an in line fuel booster. There is no fuel solenoid or jet.

there is a jet in the line on the box called "intake". that line reads vaccum and adds fuel according to that reading. if you change that jet, you are changing the amount of fuel to be added. in my eyes it would be called a fuel jet, since it does control it.

Is this for sure the way to run the jets? It would be sick to run the 165 hp shot. Aldo I have 24# svo injectors at what point do I need to upgrade to bigger injectors/ I am curently running all the mods in sig with the 125hp jets wich is like a 100 RWHP shotJust extrapolate that next numbers

I still need to know this. I have 30# injectors on the way. I want to run a 150rwhp shot. Is this possible with the zex kit or should I sell it and get an NX system?

Well NX doesnt offer a LT1 Dry kit, so you would be going wet if you buy a NX kit.

The zex kit is basically sold with the jets that come with the kit, but most of the kits are all the same, so you should have no problem running a 150 shot with your zex kit. If I were you, I'd take the 10-20 minutes it would take to get on the phone with zex tech support and ask them which jet to use. Then there would be no guessing. Good luck.

Has anyone ran over the 125 jets in a lt1 zex dry kit? I have heard the kit will flow over 200 hp

Wish I could help......

ZEX won't give it out due to risk of damaging the car.

You are on your own to come up with jetting, if you choose to take the risk.

Please don't take this wrong, I am trying to help you and keep your car safe.....but you have been asking the question on multiple boards with the same response.

So if I bought one of these http://www.nitrousoutlet.com/catalog/models.asp?group=18&model=49&dept=11 from you Ray I could hook it up to my zex kit and spray 150 safely?

It wouldn't work properly as the ZEX NMU has a built in TPS and would not directly activate the fuel solenoid....and I wouldn't recommend splitting the fuel and nitrous onto 2 different circuits.

I would suggest selling the ZEX kit and replacing it with a complete wet system. The complete Brand X wet kit is only $150 more than the Nitrous Outlet dry to wet conversion.
