swapping from an a4 to a manual and I am ordering the pigtails for it and was wondering if the wiring was there for the two electrical connectors that go to the clutch pedel and if not what do I have to do to wire them up?

yeah i didn't know if it should go in here or not since it was just the pedals, but the question is still the same

The clutch pedal position switch (sees if the pedal is pressed down to start the car) is wired to the yellow and brown 12 gauge wires from the A4 shifter pigtail (the one with 6 wires in it). For the clutch pedal cruise release, just wire the new pigtail in series with the brake pedal one. That way, when one pedal is pressed, it creates an open in the circuit and disengages cruise.

Do yourself a favor and buy the reverse lockout connector and wire that to the PCM like it would be factory. You'll thank yourself later whenever you don't have to bash through the lockout every time you want to reverse.

Yea, do that. Very easy (on my car anyway). All I had to do was use the factory manuals to find the wire on the auto trans harness that goes to the same pin as the reverse lockout, then wire in a hot wire from the same harness. OBD1 will be different, but same idea.
