Quick question about monsoon

Can I run an aftermarket head unit with this system? For some odd reason, gm decided to put a tape deck in this car and I have tons of cd's. :mad: :rolleyes: Will I have run into problems installing a cd player?

you can install an aftermarket hu, but if it's a monsoon, you need a special adapter so you can keep the same setup. or if you want too you can run entirely new wires to each speaker and bypass the amp. i did that to my 93 camaro that had bose which is the equivilant.
