Stock clutch disk with Centerforce II Pressure plate?

Will this work? from my understanding the pressure plate is what makes all the diff and the disk is just about the same as stock, the centerforce I & II use the same disk and the dual friction uses a different disk of course. Anyone know? Lost the disk for my Centerforce II and the pressure plate is still good. Dont wanna pay $115 for a new disk. Anyone?

Mike I'm going to move this to the drivetrain forum. You might get a better answer there.
