Dont laugh at me for asking this question, ok, you can laugh but, does my car have a light under the hood?? I have a 94 Camaro. I just bought it 2 weeks ago and its my first Fbody. I've been going through it and replacing lil things like the bulbs and hoses, etc.. Is there a hood light? there has to be. And what about the floorboard? Does it have lights? I looked under the dash, but couldnt see any. Of course, it was late when I was working on it lastnight, but I couldnt find one under the hood or in the floorboard. Oh and what about in the back hatch area? I know there's a dome light, but is there one by the spare tire or anything? Thanks guys.

 

hatch yes, hood no, floor yes. atleast my car does

none on the floor and none in the hatch. you gotta dome light and lights on the rearview mirror. there should be a light in the glove compartment, and i believe your year has a light in the center console...maybe, not sure on that one.

 

There's one in both glove compartments, the dome light, and inside the automatic shifter case if you have an automatic.

I think that's all... of course... mine burnt out so long ago in the '95 that I can't remember...

would kinda be pointless to put a light under the hood, you'd have to use a huge freaking light to make enough light to shine all the way down on the engine. but thats just my 2 cents. more power to you if you wanna.

 

Youre probably right. My old blazer had a light under the hood and it was better than being completely dark, but there isnt much room for one in the camaro.
