Ok, I'm 98% sure I've got a dead fuel pump, and a lot of other crap went down today in my personal life, so it's been a bad day. Anyway, I started college this year, and my fuel pump has been making a different sound here lately, so I thought it was just because I'm not driving it all that much except on weekends. Last Tuesday, I start it up and get a clicking sound instead of the usual buzz, but again thought it was the lack of daily driving it.
Fast forward to today, I drive home from college (3 hours), and get home, I go to my gf's house, and now it won't start up. It turns just fine, but no firing. At first I thought opti, but I try turning the key again, and there's no sound from the pump priming. Nothing at all from it. I didn't hit any big bumps or anything like that, it was easy riding from my house to gf's, so I didn't knock something loose. Am I right to assume that it's the fuel pump?
