Exhaust to loud.

I have a slp lm1 catback on my 1996 z28. It was good befor the cam and headers but now it's to much. My question is what can I replace the lm1 resonater with without having to change out the whole exhaust and without loosing a lot power? Do you think the lm2 will quiet it down enough?

jegs or summit sell bullet mufflers that are 24" long....should work great for a low cost.

or step up to something like the borla XR1
