Is their something wrong with my car or are these things fast.

I was on my whay home from work today wating at a light.The car is camed and has headers and lm1 so it sounds really loud.I take off from the light like normal and look back and see some suv looking car going in and out of trafic.He gets through and their is no one infrunt of us, I keep the speed limit of 45 and look in my side merrior he is cumming up at atleast 60. So when he gets to my door I punch it we stay even for about a second and I end up pulling 3 cars to 95mph.I was kinda shocked because it was a heavy looking suv so I let off knowing he would fly by and I see srt8 on the back.So I gess it was a jeep srt8.Its a lt4 hotcam

Heavy or not, 425hp and 108ish mph traps make it no joke. The 6.1 liter Hemi has plenty of aftermarket support too. They're AWD so off the line could have been interesting.

I also own a 07 charger srt8 and it weighs 4100 and change it still digs hard very fast It was prob the jeep srt8 they got the jeep, chrysler 300 srt8 that Charger hemi is bad a@#. Displacement boys displacement.:cool:

Ya it kinda surprised my by staying kinda close. I get a lot of people trying to floor their big suv's and fly by me but as soon as they get door to door I punch it and I pull them right away.I usally only go through 1 gear and they are a bus length back. But I coulden't pull the srt8 right away I had to go through 2nd and the bottom 3rd but I did get 3 plus cars on him. I wish I could of ran him from a stop and really showed him what a 11 year old camaro can do.

What mods do you have, because unless you have a few you would lose in a 1/4 mile race.

If they are traping 108 that would put them at very low 13s.

ive seen the stock jeep srt8s running in the mid 13s so they arent that slow :)

I ran one at the 1/8 mile and he must have had nitrous because I killed him out of the hole with only a 1.9 60ft. and halfway down the track he caught me and blew past me to beat my by about a length. I was runnin 8.3 that night at like 80mph I think. I still need bigger stall and more gear, but damn, those things do haul ass.

Ya I knew it had 425hp but I thought they were high 14sec cars.So I thought somthing was wrong because my car is a 11.8sec car and their is no way a high 14 second car can stay close. But now that I know they are much faster than what I was thinking, I know that their is nothing wrong with my car; I just underestimated the srt8. My car is also a a4 with a 3500 stall
