Suspension Question: Road quality vs Performance

A question for you suspenson guru's. Currently I have the Eibach Sport-Line springs on my 00 SS, shocks/strutz are some unknown name or stockers I guess. My question is what would the ride quality be with Bilstein SLP's revalved shocks, not HD ones. I'm more concerned about keeping the car a tad bit comfortable rather than taking corners ar high speeds. What do you guys recommend, changing the springs are out of the question, the car sits exactly as I want it to.

The problem I've heard people complain about sportlines is that there is too little spring rate for the rear allowing the frame to contact/ride the bumpstops. No shock will fix this.

That's what I feel, sometimes over a big bump, BAM! Thing is I had a setup in my 94 Trans Am, Bilstein HD's and the sportline, never felt the same kind of bang as I do now. It just feels like there is dampening going on. So again I ask if the SLP Bilsteins will just work out better than the HD's on lowering springs. Did search and I got alot of mixed results.

Sam Strano can probably spec Bilsteins for you with spring rates better suited to those springs than the SLPs.
