Special Tools Need To Repalce Suspension Parts?

Do I need any special tools to replace parts like ball joints, control arms, etc? Don't know if it makes a difference, but this is on my 70 Camaro.

Most ball joints and bushings are pressed in from the factory. It is very easy with the right tools, that is if you happen to have a press, but if you don't have the right tools it is a huge pain in the a$$.
