Orlando/Kissimmee people

Im looking for someone that can maintain some properties for me. If you are, or know of someone that is a handyman, or even lawn service, let me know. Right now I have one property in Kissimmee, and one in Orlando. There are several more coming in the near future.

Hey, Im in Daytona for the weekend. I will get you the details this week. The homes a all forclosures. I have one in Kissimmee, Orlando, Winterhaven? I think, & one thats in Cocoa. The one in Cocoa is still going through forclosure so it may be awhile on that one.

I will basicly need minor stuff like locks changed, yards kept up, possibly some cleaning or getting rid of stuff people left behind and our signs and lock boxes put up. I will let you know this week for sure.

is this long term or just some renters/former owners moved out, and you need help cleaning out and fixing up for new buyers/renters?


I do building maintenance on a minor level(commerical building) if stuff gets a little bigger I know a few people that can do bigger work too that are licensed and insured.

Is this looking to be a minor thing on the side, or a big like 20+ hours a week gig.

These are homes that we have foreclosed on. It would basicly be maintenance like lawn service, and keeping home secure if/when kids break in. There is one home in Orlando, 1 in Winterhaven, 1 in Kissimmee. We have more coming. The one in Cocoa is not clear yet. (until we sell)
