Ok long story short, my car got stolen about two months ago. Well they finally decided to total it and I am thinking about getting the car back. Pretty much the only thing wrong with this car is the steering column is broken and has to be started with a screw driver. Also has a couple damages to the body that happened when it was stolen. But the engine and transmission on this car are perfect both have just recently been rebuilt. i have receipts for everything that has ever been done to it. I just cant let the insurance company have it, the car has to much stuff on it that people could use.
Here is what all is done to the car:
-Speedtek rebuilt the engine in 2005 only has about 25,000 miles on it. Car has a hot cam kit from crane with dual valve springs and the gold roller rockers the 1.7's. Also has new opti only about 2 years old, new started and alternator.
-Pacesetter mid-length headers with pacesetter y-pipe into a highflow cat
-The transmission was rebuilt by Phoenix transmissions in Weatherford, tx www.phoenixtrans.com and let me tell you this thing is solid i have never felt a auto shift as good as this one at WOT but at cruising speed you cant even feel it. this was done in 2006.

This car was pretty much my baby until it got stolen but i just refuse to let these good things go to waste. i want to let the car go all in one piece bc i dont really have the tools to take it apart. Besides the steering column being broken this is a solid car. I will let it go for $2500 obo. let me know
