AC fan?

Something's whining in my dashboard with the AC on. I'm guessing it's the ac fan.

How much and how hard it is to fix this?

If its the whining I'm thinking of...it would be the blower motor. Shouldn't be all that expensive...I have yet to change one though...so im not sure how difficult or easy it is. Most are fairly simple, but it is an fbody..

Is it coming from the passenger side under the dash? If it does the same thing in all modes probably the blower motor, or somethings inside the air box - I've had leaves in mine before. Mine was easy to get out, disconnected the motor plug, removed 3 screws and the motor/blower pulled right out.
