I what to change my 94 camaro z28 to a manual transmisson.

you will need the tranny, crossmember, bellhousing, clutch, master and slave cylinder, shifter, and manual center counsel.

wire harness, 6 speed program for the pcm

Search. This is one of the many things that is covered a LOT. I did the conversion, and I didn't make a single post about it. Trust me it's all out there.

everythink, stock take-out parts, figure around $1300-1500

I paid about $800-900 total for mine, but I got a used clutch/flywheel/pressure plate that came with the transmission. I don't think you'll ever find such a good deal. I would bet money you'll never find a better deal.

Then I sold my A4 conversion for $400. So I was out a total of $500 and it is a lot of work.

PLEASE post on the correct forum. The "Drivetrain" forum has numerous posts regarding the A4->M6 swap. A "search" will turn them up.
