The shortblock had problems :( but will still be in by the end of yr

Well we started on the block assembly, but soon found out that there was an issue or two with the block:( I was DYING to have it in tomorrow night, but sh*t happens.... So Jordan now has everything so he can build my motor right now, including my pride and joy heads that GTP did ( crap sorta ) and that Elliot redid. Next time I see Jordan it goes in, so I still have something to look forward to lol

The lifters wont fit, because there are bad scratches in the lifter bores :(

Jordan is going to come back after Xmas, I am glad today is DECEMBER that means it will be done this month, as apposed to yesterday when it was next month;) (trying to find a positive about all this ) The tranny was slipping and there was a short in the wiring on the car, the GM mechanics couldn't find it and suggested a new wiring harness and a total rewire. The sunfine just turned 90k too. My neighbor is a car dealer he sells in auctions and to other dealers, so he can get me a beater for 300 to 500.... he might just loan me a car though because he has a small lot with about 30 on them, he would just give me a car not rdy for auction to drive, or I buy it, and if it lasts a month, give it back to him to take to the auction. Just sucks cause I am pretty much unemployed because of the economy.... The motor is giving me nightmares lol I had one 2 nights ago. Jordan gave MY heads to his sexy girlfriend lol....absurd nightmare because Jordan can port heads himself, but I still asked him about it:p

I bought a 89 dodge caravan for a beater car, 205k miles on it but it feels like it will last till my car is ready. All I am asking Santa for this year, is my car 383 rdy to drive by new years!!IS THAT SO MUCH TO ASK FOR???? LOL Thank God Jordan is doing it ( he took pity on me a few months back, I feel he may be 2nd guessing his decision lol ) rather then Arlington Motor Sh!t or some other a@@hole shop.
