I am not finding any definative color name. The RPO seems to indicate that it is silver, but this is the origional color. It is a 98.

Looks like it could be the Cayenne Red Metallic. But it is not exactly the same.

 

The small print is interesting with your car....."Not available with sport appearance package".....ie not the RS package....hmmm...

 

only two reds... one without metallic (bright red) and metallic (Cayenne).

 

Yeah and mine had the appearance package too, but was removed at some point. It also has light grey cloth and the small print also says dark grey. Strange. It does look like it is Cayenne Red Metallic though. Someone sent me a pic of a Trans Am in that color and it is similar. But the RPO still seems to indicate silver. Strange.

Your interior is the dark grey. Identical to mine. Yours had an appearance package at one point, but with the chin spoiler saying Wings West, maybe it went on post production and removed later. It is 9 years old.....

The color is Cayenne Red if it is original....

 

Yep you are right on all of this. I found some receipts in the owners manual with a name on it, I am going to try to find the origional owner and see if I can get some insight.
