swaped out 2.73 for a 6 speed car 3.42, now abs light on and brake light, also traction control dosen't work anymore, checked all connections,they are good

 

As long as the ABS computer thinks that the rear wheelw are going a different speed than the front ones you'll have this.
Once you get the PCM reflashed for the new rear gear it should come out of it.
Did you get your HPP3 yet?

As far as the brake light, if you opened the brake lines, did you fully bleed the system?

 

hypertech didn't work, yes I opened and brake the line, I could try bleeding them again

 

changed abs cable and all lights went off and traction control came back
