F-Body Curse

Just got my first key job, yeah parked at a super store cashed my check less than Ten Minutes go by and i have a Two foot scratch on the driver side door, what do i do? Black by the way.


I hate jeaous people, i dont **** off anyone, obviously a random hit i guess.

Is it pretty deep? Do you have a clearcoat? Perhaps it can be buffed out.

I would take it to a body shop and see what they say. Sometimes things can look pretty bad, but they can pull a "miracle" out of the hat and make it as good as new.

I would try a detailing shop before I'd try a body shop. We have the Charisma chain in the Phila PA area and do do a good job on minor scratches, road chips and door dings.

If you want to put it through your insurance company you're going to have a deductible for it and it would be a comprehensive loss. Check with your agent or policy before you file a claim.
