How did your Pacesetters go in?
Mine were the biggest pieces of crap ever.
I had to send a pair back to summit because they were messed up, and the second pair was almost as bad.
Maybe my batch was bad?

Passenger side went in through the bottom, driver side went in through the top. The only real issue was the front primary on the driver's side had to have one of the holes drilled out a little more and had to have the primary dented a little to let one of the bolts go in. I've heard that's common though.
So far so good, one of the biggest pains was being anal about all the wiring (not just plug wires) getting burned so re-routing and/or protecting it.

I tried mine without the heat sleeves. That was a learning experience. :)

I'm actually double heat sleeved (I've got those socks you can see and some DEI sheathing underneath it).
where did you get your wire setup?

I only have one heat sleeve on my wires. It's for the #5 cylinder. I have the metal heat shields on the #7 and 8 boots, but other than that, they're bare. I haven't had any problems. I have Hooker LT's, not Pacesetters, though. Much like Roxy, I had to do some re-routing of my harnesses. The harness for the rear O2's, crank position sensor, etc...I re-routed that down through the motor mount bracket. It was making contact with one of the primaries before and nearly melted the loom to the wires.

I routed my O2 wires down the back of the intake and zip tied them to the tranny wires.
I also extended my starter wire / ground / knock sensor wire and routed them down the back of the intake too. Lastly, I rerouted an ABS (I believe) wire slightly towards the front and wrapped it in some ugly orange heat shield. But it works!
My wiring harness is getting to be very custom. I've got cut zip tie ends all over my driveway too

I extended my O2 harnesses myself, although they're a little long. I've got about 2 feet of slack in each one! I didn't have to extend anything else though, they seemed to have enough play in them that I could move them out of the way a little bit and they had enough clearance that I didn't have to worry about them. Although I did use a couple of my heat sleeves on the ABS harnesses just incase.
