The shareholders seem to be growing impatient despite the improvements.

This is hardly what it went like at the meeting.

Some proposals were shot down which had no bearing on him at all.

I'd say just the opposite. Shareholders were happy with Wagoner and the job he is doing. Considering a year ago Buickman was in full swing and wanted him gone...fast forward to two solid consecutive quarters of growth and as you can tell...not many even knew the meetings were coming.
