Can you actually remove the pistons from the calipers and replace the dust boots and seals on them?
I have searched this forum and lots of places and have only found piston seal kits for motorcycle calipers and older vehicles.
I also found complete rebuilt calipers but no seal kits for later model brake calipers.
This is for LS1 brakes, double piston front brake calipers.

I don't see why not. You can rebuild most any other disc brake caliper. NAPA looks like they have kits.

Sure you can. The GM # is18026160.
On the dual, you take out first piston with compressed air and the second with a punch from the back. Watch your fingers and don't use much air pressure.(don't ask how I know this).

I bought a rebuilt set from pep boys (Pro Stop brand). $25 + $33. Don't ask me why one side was more than the other. Anyway, seemed easier and cheaper than the effort to rebuild. On and down the road in minutes.

Gotta love this site.
Thanks for the information guys.
There is no such thing as rebuilt calipers down here where I live. Wish there were. Would make things a lot easier for me.
Besides, I kinda enjoy doing all the work on my car.

Found this site when searching for the seal kit:

Precisely covers the dual piston LS1 caliper
