What tool to reach power steering hose connection.

Referring to the high pressure side exiting the pump behind the pulley. It appears to be a 16mm.

I need to tighten mine. It loosened and started leaking. I have it finger tight.

Crows feet? Any special tool? Thanks!

I got to it with an angle wrench (open end wrench).

This is the proper tool, but I couldn't get mine in there when I got to the last few threads because it was too tight. I used it to get it snug, then went to an adjustable, made sure it was snug on the fitting, and used it for the final tightening.
