Hello I just joined a few days ago and was wondering if anyone knew of a good reputable shop in Socal preferably around the LA area since the car is by the 710 and 105 intersection in Lynwood. I'm finally getting around to getting my 85 z28 running again. Originally I had blown out the 5Liter engine and came across a 350 with some work in it for cheap. When I bought the engine it had edelbrock intake manifold, Edelbrok e-tec heads, bigger pistons but not sure which exact ones and I added k&n airfilter, edelbrok 750cfm manual choke carb, hedmen headers, griffin alluminum radiator, Twinlite fan, centerforce dual friction clutch, and powermaster high torque starter. While having my electrical done the guy doing it started turning the engine from the crank pulley and stripped the bolt. So all thats left is to retap that, throw an exhaust on, install starter, wire up the fan and some new tires. Anyone know where I can get this done? Also i'm going to need a cowl hood because my stock hood won't close i found some hoods i liked on summit but don't wanna pay for shipping. thanx
