What record is that? There is already an LS1 in the 8's 8.97 @ 154 (http://www.agostino-racing.com/matt/ARE897.mpg). Sean Freeze (KECHME on LS1.com) it also looking for some 8's when he car returns.

All Motor record is 9.74. Power adder is 8.97 set by ARE. For what it's worth, the car went 9.78 today. Getting there.

I went to a Nostalgia race today in Darlington,SC. I saw a blown alcohol 69 Camaro, that was freakin awesome. He never could get a good launch. On his best run he had to let off of it twice in the 60ft but still went a 5.43@147mph in the eigth.
